Roofs plain
The Red thing with the writing 'Habbo Mall' on it is good idea but has far too many errors (e.g. the B's, the writing not in middle, would be better closer together, the banner is closer to windows on one side than other...)

Just couple more improving ideas

also on the roof that use to be blue with squares on it, I think you should make that one a swimming pool again (without the squares) and put mini pictures of habbo's swimming in it...
On other roof put air conditioning pipes and things like that.... And some vandilising skateboarders

Its good 10/10 but it could be better sort out the roof and habbo mall sign and then i rekon its good enough for elites

It looks great, it's a large improvement on your other one.

However, on the roof, the structure on the tallest tower (with the pillars on). One side, the railing overlaps the bottom of the building on one side but not on the other, and on "Habbo Hall" the B's are the wrong way round.

hehehe the b's are backward.... O.o...It's pretty coolios..better than anything i could do. 8/10 (add to the roof and make the b's right lol).
