I wouldnt bother emailing them as you'll be there for ages waiting for a reply, And most of the time they dont help anyway,
Ring the offices, Its easier to explain and persuade them to unban you =)

no soph lol my 'parents' lol emailed them and they said it was because i advertised myspace, it was quickly resolved and im back online now.

Ok so banned again? Wait no, now your unbanned. Well Habbo got it in for some people. On -Benji I got perm banned twice, both times lifted. Then on the 31st March, I got IP banned for account sharing. Emailed Redtiz and she lifted the IP but wouldn't unban the account, damnit ;[.
