Gone - Goodbye
Lol xP atleast it worked [;
Possibly abit too late for this, but make sure revision begins around eight weeks before the exam. Last minute revision will do you no good.
People often say make sure you have an early night, get good quality sleep the night before. They are right, nevertheless the good quality sleep should start around a week before the exams, otherwise the sleep you get the night before will follow your body's normal routines: which may be staying up until very late.
Once again, eating habits should not just be changed especially for that day; as it will take no effect. It is best to start eating "brain food" a couple of days before; don't binge, try to eat fish and carbohydrates (not excessively). Make sure you get a good breakfast the morning before and in the few days run up to the exam drink plenty of water.
The most important thing however, is not to get worked up. Don't start panicking and stay calm, otherwise overactive chemicals interfere with your memory.
Good luck! Wow... this is my 100th post!
Suddenly I have just realised that he has already taken his exams, so let me just say this advice is general and for anyone that wants to use it. In future I am going to try not to be lazy and I will read the whole thread!
