You can design the interface/select the interface which you wish to use and suits you best. You can just use the default one and fiddle with it slightly but its much better to get an addon.

www.curse-gaming.com you download unzip place in interface folder in your WoW folder underneath program files on your HDD.
Pretty simple really. Thats for most interface mods.
