The door is meant to be a glass pane, with an inner door, and the plants were rather complicated.

Windows aren't opaque
And give them depth and shade, there not the same colour on both sides of the building 
Also, adding alot of variation of foliage is a really good way to fill space. Get rid of un needed black lines, and apply shadows.
