Sorry but I'm gonna have to pick these apart.

Room Alert Function - Gives room owners the ability to send an alert to their room so each user in the room at the present time can see it. This would be helpful for gaming etc.

Would be abused heavily, could also create lag/coding problems.

Food Courts - Having the ability to purchase food courts from the catalogue for say 25 - 30 credits, could make your room look stylish and could save you alot of time and furniture trying to make a food court which looks nothing like the real thing.

Not quite sure what you mean here. If you mean a full room with a cafeteria style, it would be hard to put in and 25 creds for a whole room is too cheap for Sulake. A small 2-square food stall or something as a rare perhaps, but still wouldn't make café rooms look any better.

Dress Code - Gives room owners the ability to set a dress code on their room so any Habbo entering can only wear the dress code set or they are auto kicked from the room when they enter, could be helpful for partys etc.

Would allow people to make actual HC-only rooms, causing more grief for Habbos.

Mini-Games Snooker, Pinball etc. - Having the ability to purchase game machines and various other gaming activities from the catalogue for 20 creds a piece, say a snooker table will give two Habbos the ability to play snooker againgst each other, this could be a new revolution of gaming on Habbo besides casinos, e.g making bets to see who wins etc.

Difficult, laggy, and Habbo doesn't have the controls for it, being based fully on clicks and big big squares.

Status Bar - Giving your Habbo a status bar could be just like The Sims. A whole new way to play on Habbo would be to ensure your Habbo is fit and healthy and has everything they need, e.g sleep-o-meter determines whether your Habbo is tired or not therefore you need to pop them into the nearest bed. Just making the game more interesting and challenging.

So what happens if you're unhealthy? Sulake aren't going to "kill" off a load of accounts just because they don't use a certain item of furniture, and any changes to looks would just cause more divides and such.

Swearing Kick - When a Habbo user swears they are immediatly disconnected from the hotel, this will make them think twice about swearing and avoiding the filter again. See it as a switch and go. e.g
Switch is on you stay on
Switch is off you turn off
Alternative..
You don't swear you stay on
You do swear you get kicked from hotel.

Sometimes you don't mean to swear, like when two words together make a swearword without you knowing. This would get very annoying.

Music Player - Another kinda money scheme but sounds good. Habbos have the ability to purchase a Habbo music player and various tracks to play whilst they are playing Habbo. Obviously a whole new section in the catalogue would have to be produced.

Lag much?

Running - Habbos will have the ability to either walk or run, perhaps adding another button next to "say, shout and whisper" selection would be great. I think this would be ideal because if Habbos are having a race it looks a bit odd to see them just strolling round a track with a bunch of people screaming at them.

Why would anyone want to walk around when you can move quicker?
