I love it, and in librarys do they have posters ? Like the queen mum poster etc.

Love it although the yellow paint i dont like, why not go for an old style library look like the public room library.. In other words get darker paint 9/10

I actually think the yellow paint, strangly enough, goes welll!

I really do like this room, and maybe a few posters could finish it off? :]

Is it just a theme room that no-one goes in (locked etc.) Or is it going to be open ? I think you should put area chairs in there, and make it a Habbo Library trade.
