Kk problem solved, seems that my host was overloaded with mass emails, i trusted a mate [Extreme, Sam, TeaTrea] to use it, and he sent 10's of 1000's of e-mails, which overloaded the SMPT server.. Thanks sam

1) an overload
2)because hte proesser is crapy intell
3) my cleitns are creating more accounts every day about (20+)
4) i have about 100+ clients (most on resellers) have 60 myself
5/I have moved servers to a better host now (maybe) go back to an old vps
