he said that you quit and gave it to him and a week later you rejoined rs and wanted it back

Nope i was doing exams who knew that my exact words were im taking a break whilst i do my exams ill be back soon and he had 'gave' me 1m a while before that and he asked me for ti back the day before so i gave it him and i said i would give him the my dhroks whilst i took a break but its broke he said ill pay for it to be fixed so i fixed it and gave it him he said thanks ill give it back when you come back k and i said k so when i came back i asked for it he said ok and then he kept avoiding it until eventualy he just came out with tht i said i quit and i cant have it back and dan said theres nuffin rong wid it soo..
also in this he says gl cant wait to see you come back so obviously he knew i hadnt quit

Last week I bought a phat for around umm, 330M and this week it has dropped 45M, it's always my luck that when I buy something it drops like cakes, like I bought 2 Santa's at 22M (few days ago) now there also dropping at 17M -.-''!!!!! Also when i played before I had a blue phat, sold for reasonable 103M, when i left for habbo it rised -.-' geez i hate this, its bs.

Its not luck, its merchanting skill... If you an expert, you should know when something is about to crash, or rise... thats why the experts sell quickly before they be hit... merchanting skills need patience, know the exact range of prices, know a lil economics and effects of new release quests, skill etc...

Well, if you think about it, its the summer, more players will be playing, so there will be more supply of party hat sellers, so they would be looking to sell, but it would be harder as they are too many competition, so forces prices down...

this is just one factor, they are many affecting the prices...

But if you keep your party hat longterm, you will have alot more money, due to the increased inflation... Eg I brought my second yellow for 10mil, sold it for 40mil, brought some blue masks, then blue masks rocketed then sold them and brought yellow phat 70mil... made a profit too... something like 30mil.

So if you keep your party hat, your making money longterm without doing nothing... sits in your bank =P
