Hey,
My opinion is Nano is abit fishy(sorry for the words) just he asked me if i was seling a site, i am atm and he offered £1000. So you know, And he said he will only do it if i went 1st, But thats my opinion it just didnt seem right to me. And also £200 for a layout

he just try's to get u to make him a layout or w/e and he gives a good price, then he'd ask u to go first, and hed just run off

Ask for atleast 3/4 of the money then give him the un watermarked
