Where are you able to get this ?

For the UK:
You will be able to browse the internet on your DS from October. Nintendo has published its latest release schedule and the big news is that the DS Browser will be in the shops on 6 October.

Haha, sorry. I meant to say August, not June. But I just read that Europe is getting the browser around mid-October as someone already said. Everyone else is getting it a little later I think.
