Yes i am back after a 7 week temporary leave. Let me just clear up a few things. Yes we were down. I can explain. We use to not buy direct from the data center. Our old place we bought from shut off our server without telling us. This was in no way our fault. That is why the bad downtime. We have appoligized greatly. If people read our TOS (Terms of Service) and did what it asked. We would have credited their account completly. We understand this is unacceptable service. We know buy direct from the data center. Yes nick we are a reseller of a data center. Thanks for pointing this information out. Most guys that sell servers are resellers. The thing that is better is we offer full support unlike the data center. Trev and me (Greg) are the owners of what is now called SmartWave Technologies. We are very sorry again for those of you who experienced our major outage. However i can understand your frustrations in this matter. My employees and I are deeply sorry.
