k this is what got me from 1-57 for only 600k.
from lvl 1-22 do crude chairs in the parlour
from lvl 22-31 do oak dining tables
from lvl 31- 33 do carved oak tables
and from lvl 33-60 do oak larders in the kitchen
just build one the remove it build then remove if u have a butler get him to run planks from ur bank to ur house for u
