    some people don't understand when they say : "I'll sue you!".

    It costs to take people to court to actually sue them. It costs money to even get a court apperence! It will cost like triple to money to sue somebody to get the money you need.

    The message here is don't commit to something which you can't pay for. No excuses.

    You dont need to go a court as such... You can take someone to a small claims court witch doesent cost alot and claim the legal fees off the defendent.
