Threatening/Blackmailling her ? Thats just as stupid than knowing.
Not telling him ? He'll feel betrayed you know. You should tell him as soon as. But he may think that you fancy her and want her for herself.
You'll need proof! So just tell him ASAP

For one, Its going to hurt later if they get into a bigger relationship
Two, Thats just wrong, Her doing that
Three, Hes going to kill you if he finds out you knew when they weren't in that much of a relationship.
