We have Gnome Gliders.... we don't need Aeroplanes....

And it doesn't take too long to go from one end of the map to the other, but if you think it does, why not teleport?


You can tele to locations a good minute away from each other.

Hello, I for one thinks runescape should have more means of transport..

Aeroplanes - Yes I know we have the gnome ones, but that isn't enough, we need proper jumbo jets to take us from a to b.

Boats - atm we have these old wooden boats, why can't we just get speed boats, ferries, sailing boats etc.

Cars - well this is a must have, we need cars to travel around faster, all we have right now is carts like the one that takes you to shilo village..
I suppose player owned cars would be a big update, you would need to make roads, traffic lights, speed cameras and all that.

Space rockets - Well, I for one would love to go to space on rune, but right now this isn't possible as there is NO mean of transport to get you there!
If you like this idea, you should make it so you have to build you own rocket using a new skill and then you can go to the moon etc, but.. if you crash the rocket, or asteroids hits you it takes damage of you.

Motor bikes - These would work much better than cars as you wouldn't have to use them on the road, you will be able drive them on paths etc..
The thing is, if you run someone over by mistake you get a warning, if you get 3 warnings you go to jail and have to pay a large fee of money to be released.

Helicopters - This would be for the rich people of runescape, also you would need a level of 90 transportation (new skill used to make cars etc)
These would be slower than planes, but you will be able to land them anywhere.

Lol, you have to understand Runescape was built to be known as a ancient-ish world, hence they they got swords and arrows isntead of guns.
