i find it stupid when people start saying "start dropping hints" or "give her abit of a flirt" maybe tell us what to say when hinting people?

Say whatever you like and learn whats good and whats not good by yourself.

Just talk normally to her, be relaxed around her, if she likes you she will fall for your personality, not your cheap chat up lines that may occur.

Be consistent but not in a smothering way if you see what I mean, let her know you are interested in her. No doubt at school rumours will fly around - in some cases it helps the relationship get off the ground.
