He's got bad rep because his account got banned, and he blamed it on omgabear for no reason, even though it was probs banned for account sharing, then faked a pm from him sayinh something like 'I don't hack, I destroy.'

No he's not Skillz and as far as i know he doesn't scam, JoeR you're in no position to judge anyone, fingers have been pointed at you many times.
