You need alot of staff to run a site which has alot of people on day.

Yes one day, but this day is today, and you have very little members. About 1 Mod can look after about 10-20 members "/ Besides, the staff you hire are bound to quit when they realise they are all Moderating the same member...

Actually, most successful sites starts off with a tiny team of staff, obviously more than members. This team expands when you get hundreds of members and so on and so forth. But I can see what you were talking about

Yes,we did start of like that but then i found it wasn't popular at all so i thought lets bring just under 200 games in.then it became popular.i hired all the staff because i want the job done right rather than having problems.I think the sites fine yes craig the skin is poor.im gonna get a new one made soon as i cannot make them .Also Jack your fansite was run by clones of your self so you can't exaclty talk you made memmbers in admincp then logged onto them to look like they had been online :/
