Yes they can go into Public rooms, but their main priority is to go around the hotel and guest rooms to teach Habbos about security, scammers and other things. If they went in the public rooms longer than they did the guest rooms would that be clever? + Safety X's can welcome Habbos if they want i guess.

Habbo X's and Safety X's are specifically not allowwed to be on duty in Guest rooms. Only Public Rooms. Although we are allowwed to wear our badges anywhere we like apart from some different cicumstances which I won't mention.

I will not go into detail why this is...
