Shes jealous, well ive been like her before, i had like this guy but he fell for my friend, but you cant really force a relationship, so i kinda helped him out to get with my friend. well anyways. maybe you can talk to the guy, and try to hook him up with your friend

she seems to be acting unreasonably, but i guess it`s quite normal in such a situation.. she definitely has a bit of an overdramatic element thing going on though.. or maybe she has other problems aswell and this just really screwed it for her
