    I do understand to an extent, that a lot of people may get bother and stuff if they go jogging at half past 8 at night by their local park or something, and will most likely get attacked by chavs or something like that! ;P

    I think it's good to get up early for a jog etc. anyway. I feel you sort of benefit from it a wee bit extra, as it wakes you up and gets you ready and healthily prepared for your day ahead.

    Indeed. People who have done all-nighters on MSN usually use the sign when at 5:15am I say 'I'm taking the dog out for a hour bye' and that is why.

    Plus I find it easier as there are no people about.

    basic sit ups aren't enough, you need to do various other types of sit ups to keep a balanced toned, healthy body.
