Dont train on Ice giants at lvl 49, I tried doing that and wasted alot of food... Try something like guards. Kinda low stats for a lvl 49 =/.

hill giants are always good :s anukos are better :p
go to the bottom level of strong hold of sercurity

Hill giants are good but are always crowded. Ankous are like 82? =/.
