If you know html you know everything needed to make a layout, If you cant then make a layout, you cant actualy know html. Tables or divs, is realy all they are

You'll need to place the text inside your table, and have attributes assigned to your rows and columns to correctly place the contained text. To change the font-size add a style attribute to your column, bearing a font-size declaration.
    HTML Code:
    <td style="font-size: 11px;">Etcetera, etcetera.</td>
    kinda quit.

I code in Notepad. I personnaly think that WYSIWYG programs are crap. Really, learn HTML and anything else you need (like PHP) and start coding yourself in Notepad.

I dont realy like codeing in notepad, it all jumbles together to much, so i usealy stick to an app with code highlighting as a feature, makes it easier to see whats what

Either the coding section of DreamWeaver of Notepad2 are the best for highlighting
