Coded (XHTML/CSS) £25 (I dont want to code; That explains the price)

Under no condition should you post "Nice" or "Horrible" or "OMG. £15? Way over prices"

If anyone says these are overpriced. Don't worry about it, they just buy really ****** pixelated templates off newbies.

And if anyone was to look at a template website. Any template website that is proffesional and not owned by someone child addicted to habbo hotel. They would realise that if the site was really going to be a success they would BUY a real template at a reasonable price.

To be honest i just confused myself with the above message. So in a nutshell, for the quality your getting. Its a hell of a deal.
