If you mean before you went in Jay's room last, then that would make sense. They would have been trashed, and then because of this event, they would have closed Jay's account - probably because she was inactive?

Hmm heres a theory, maybe shes locked all her rooms because shes went to check on another hotel other than UK. Even though she lives in the UK she must travel to different offices throughout the globe and she usually goes on their hotel. Would that be a alright theory? As she is a safety officer...?
