The Use of the horn is to draw attention to yourself, hence by bleeping it at people, your getting there attention. So it does actually fit what the horn is for...

Uck, I don't think it's a big deal. Cars arn't for booming music out of all windows 24/7 nearly blowing you away the volume that's high, but everyone seems to condone that.

I would if I had a car, just for laughs. Girls shouldn't be offended by it, there's no reason for people to be offended because someone finds them attractive. I personally am aiming to be a dreaded White Van Man by next year (can start learning to drive January) and as such will be getting the loudest, most obnoxious horn I can find.

I find no problem with it, more common over here so you get used to it.
Its guys with hotted up cars and huge subs in the back that get annoying
