Well. They show skill, and show you really know what your doing, but its my taste that differs. I dont personally like them, but thats because I dont like dark/tech or that styled layout. I prefer clean, professioanl. I just dont like dark layouts. It shows that you are good though, and you HAVE THE POWER

i like that grolsch layout apart from the top bar that suddenly stops instead of like it goes to the borders.

I know - They dont use it anymore, and occused me f hacking, and starting being jerks, so I told them if they used it after I left the clan, I would "GET RID OF IT MYSELF"
