Sygon has just given the URL in which I would give and thats being adsense. Most people don't even bother trying to get money off these anymore yet people get a hell of a lot off Adsense because it's actually professional and Google pay out.

I have never used any of the others but I have heard of 4Templates but never if it's good or bad, so I would stick to Adsense to gain some money, if you content and hits are good then you should get a good payout.

Get higher PageRank to get more impressions, most people say it works.
