They're probably changing something in the way you create a Habbo. Something new that has to be compolsary so that when "MoD" try and create habbos, it will fail because their program doesn't include the new bit. Just a guess.

Habbo Hotel UK Closed - Technicians are trying to patch the hotel and stop more clones from 'MoD' from getting on and flooding the server, it's a good job they closed the hotel otherwise the servers would have gone into overload.
