I'm using CS2 aswell. I couldn't find anything, but when I am stuck I use google.

I search it on google images and see if it'll show me pics of where to find it which you can find somethings by looking on there.

Edit: I will update this when i can, i read it wrong.

Although I don't own ImageReady there should be a menu saying 'Window' at the top with file, help, layers etc. Click that and there should be the rollover pallet within that somewhere.
