May I suggest taking time to look at some hosting layouts, take some colours,
take some ideas etc. Research is vital.

well i am a girl. but thanks i guess?!? i think the layout in unique. It may not be what your use to, but it is definatly unique. One you'll never see except on a unique site. Good slogan,aperciating the us,unique, original. And that is what makes it awesome to me and the guy i made it for.

Have to admin 1/10 so far. But i feel it could be worked with.

For a start:

Dont use so many colours like that, reduce them
Blend the colours in more or darken them down
Rearrange the boxes so they look neat and well presented
Use lighter/clean colours or dark/grunge colours - Depending on style

I think it can get somewhere with a bit of TLC
