Deep Heat does work very well but it's got a really strong smell, so maybe buy a clothes peg or something and stick it over your nose lol.

don't stare at computer for more than 1 hour without having a break and a rest. and sit up straight when sitting down!!

BEST WAY TO FIX ALL OF THIS IS ... on your bed ... where you sleep try get a reasonably hard mattress, this is the biggest problem is people sleeping on soft mattress' and it ruins your postura. Soft ones are normally bad for you and don't support your back and neck and in later life can cause dangerous effects.

I know this thread is old, but I'm reviving it for a reason. The reason? Well, the original poster needs to know that sitting at a computer doesn't help in the slightest. Turn the damned thing off and lie down. There is no way your aches will get any better if you're constantly wired - and I know this from learning it the hard way.

Go and do something else or take a nap - it's not worth risking future back pain just to pop onto the forums. And if you must be on the computer... get a comfortable chair.
