I Would Go With Invisison Powerboard, Sicne they made them paid They are much better. And vBulliten is just too easy to get a nulled.

phpbb its simpler to use as a user and admin and is easy to style..

I used SMF once, it was good! The news feature was a rather good idea and some of the features were really good and unique. So I voted them as I have had issues with PHPBB in the past.
