Any sort of takeaway food is fattening really. Obviously depends on how it is cooked but I wouldn't recommend eating lots of this sort of food.

My brothers mate delivers chinese food whilst he is studying to get some money and they use lots of oil and butter and quite a bit of salt, but i suppose it does kinda fill you up more, so maybe it would be less fattening?

Like alot of people have mentioned.. it really does depend on what you get, also where you get it from. but typical chinese takeaway food is what i'd say "bad for you" Just thinking of some reasons.

-Packed with preservatives (well alot of the stuff)
-TONNES of salt, whoah way too much salt, so not good for your blood pressure, also i've heard from alot of people it makes you really tired if you eat enough.
    - fat fat fat

But i'd say.. and i normally try to do this if we have takeaway, get something with veggies in.

    WOO go veggies:eusa_danc
