    Because if he was abusing his caps lock key it would be like this:

    HELLO BLAH BLAH AND S ON AND SO FORTH ETC ETC ETC

    Or do yuo mean he turns on caps lock does the first letter then turns it off? Probably shift cos it's easier, ok?
