There isnt a certain time, but on Errors restock guide (google it ) theres the seconds of a random minute which shops restock ;]

Just to let you know, that restock guide is for the OLD system. I used to own the old system, i made around 60mill from it.

The new system is completely different. Every shop is random when it stocks, so it can be anytime, there is no order. So all you can really do is refresh every 5 seconds. =/

Btw, invite me_turbans_dirty to premmy, ill try doing the ETF another go

Yeah, so if your just every minute refreshing at the the magic shop from 00-05 seconds, your quite likely to miss a restock, because they can happen whenever.
