    ball of foot + tail of board + other foot 1-2 inches from the front bolts, bend knees, kick tail and jump + slide front foot up to dive down + kick tail again before you land so you don't do a face plant + your done.

    It also depends on what stance you are. There is Goofy stance and Regular stance. (I'm Goofy ) Regular is when you have your right foot at the back and your left foot forward. Goofy is when you have your left foot at the back and your right foot forward. I have trouble Ollieing since I'm Goofy stance and can kick better with my right foot than I can with my left. So its harder, but not impossible.

    BMX owns Skateboarding
    Ive had some pretty bad injurys, like broke my nose, grazed my elbow down to the bone. Stuff like that.

    Heres some pics of my bike:

    I Skate Its To do with your Technique your turning your body too slow to keep up with the board DW i Worst that can happen is you shatter your ankle when you miss time it like i did

    i gave up skating a few years ago. i used to be alright, but i was doin a boardslide once and my bored snapped in two, so i thought o fk it and stopped.

    Hehe my mate Boardslided at lloyds in bristol and his board snapped and lets just say thats gonna hit in the morring
