Out because I was UKIP in rather than Labour, but if you mean him to lead Labour or someone else, then keep him in for two reasons:
1) He's so unliked that they almost certainly won't win the general election in 2 years time.
2) No-one else in the Labour Party would do any better.

Get him out.
He's useless now, all he does is give money out, and sends OUR troops to basically get killed because the MoD is so useless they can't provide half decent armour to protect them, or they are short of armour. :sOccasionally visit and have a nose.
