Actually i had a breif look at the CFH earlier today and it does seem a rather pointless tool now
All options other than the bottom one forward you to a random page on the homepage to answer your question and the 'emergency' call is now an automated message
If it wasnt for the player support and actually being able to call another human being regarding a problem with the hotel i would think the whole hotel is automated :rolleyes:

Edit: Thats actually not a bad idea
If they ban us its rather hypocritical as they should use the ignore button to just ignore us
We'll probably receive 2 hour bans though as staff are like that
