lol that makes entirely no sense, ive had a person with 2 rep and 1000+ post s cam me, if he is a high lvl in rs theres less of a chance of him to scam me out of 200k because it would not be that much to him, if hes 42 like he is 200k would be suitable now stop spamming my thread and making annoying excuses for him. Wheres a mod when u need one u just broke like 3 infractions. Are u trying to start a fight or something?
