I'm 5ft 6 and about 9 stone and I'd say thats average so no your not fat if your 5ft 4 and 8 stone.

I'd say thats pritty average myself, i mean im 5 9' and i weigh just on 10 stone, and i don't think im fat, i mean no areas on my body are hanging over with flab.

Nope your not overweight, I think that is a healthy weight for a girl your age.

You may have Anorexia, here is a small quotation I found you may like to read it;

A unique feature of anorexia is not only the strong desire to be very thin, but also the altered body perception that goes with it. Even though they might be shedding pounds at a dangerous rate, people with anorexia don't see themselves as thin. A person with the condition can look in the mirror and actually see a fat person.

I would advise reading about the disorder and if you think it relates to you speak to your parent's about maybe going to the doctor's.
