Don't be too sure. In Singapore everyone has their own mother tongue. On Habbo sg, people can choose to speak in chinese, malay, tamil (an indian language) or english. It's due to the fact we live in a multi-racial society.

Yup a 3 hour upadte is also done on Japan. I think other updates dont take that long and when they've tried it with the first few hotels they decided that know they could do it faster.
