I doubt you have so much money in PayPal.
And you should go first because:
1. He wont scam you.
2. If he does you get a PayPal refund.
3. Your not very known around the web-design section.

Please prove that you have so much money in paypal with a screenshot, and your personal info blanked out, otherwise we will just assume you are scamming.
