Quite a few girls have it done at my school, and as long as its done properly can look really good! I think all they do is backcomb it then use some hairspray!, if you add a tiara headband thing it can look really good!

Backcombing = very bad for you hair.

I'd just say blowdry it from underneath, if that makes any sense?
