free online play (same as xbox live sony just stole it)
compatible with ps2 games (360 is is you download the update)
controllers with some of wiis features (stolen off another console again)
more games coming out (theres gonna be more on 360 too though)
more memory then 360 (who cares you aint gonna use 70gig unless youre a hardcore gamer)

Well the games I like are on the 360 & ps3 i think, so there's not much point paying double the price for a ps3..
I don't really want this thread to be turned into a xbox vs playstation vs nintendo like most other threads here lol.
Anyway i'm thinking of just getting the 360 for Christmas now, it's only a few months away.
