It looks quite incomplete without a background and paths and roads (ground)
The snow on the houses and on the bus looks like its part of the paint job, you haven't reall added shadow of the snow or designed the snow to look like a large lump has gathered up on the house/bus. It just looks flat like a paintjob.
The bus, houses, arch, sign need shadows. The writing on the bus could actually be made to look like text (If it is text) rather than just an odd line.
What's the deal with the very light purple lines around most things on the bus?
Why do the face edges of things (Eg, the stand that the house with the chimney on it) have a shaded line around them?
The corner of the barrier close to the front of the base has odd jagged lines.
The grate at the front of the bus does not look iso.
I'm not sure how things are in proportion with Public space habbos (I gather it is a habbo piece).
For a background you should add a few snow covered hills with exposed tree roots and small shrubs with snow on them and snow covered trees and such.
