My chums and I say those sort of things, but noob is one that does annoy me. It just doesn't sound good, and one kid especially sounds like he needs to get back in his straightjacket because he gets all excited about being "cool" enough to talk like that and his voice goes all high pitched.

I really doubt anyone in this forum speaks in the pristine English form, so I suppose using net talk in real life is just as bad as using slang.

Slang = net talk but more popular and too often used.
