True.. I buy all mine from Medicatch simply because they have some great support and they manage it all for you. I have not had any problems from them and i've had my domain for 3-4 years

If not you would have to request it in the order and they would have it setup

Yeah, I used mediacatch when I had a site, they're very good and the customer support is great.
