If you go to the rare section in the Cato read it, then go to the halloween section and read the Item desc. for Chains + Dead Duck 2 and theres your clues simple enough if you just look around. If you having difficulty then the time + day of the new rare is Monday at 13:30. Thats the code cracked.. :rolleyes:
